I love when I find a good holiday dress. This ruffle-hem velvet number is super soft and comfortable (and has a little midsection wiggle-room for all those apps you’ll be eating!) Here I paired it with a clip-dot, tie-neck top, but it can also be worn sleeveless or with a tartan wrap or faux fur stole.
