My family has been making these delicious little treats now for quite a few years at Christmas. They only have THREE ingredients and are super easy to make. They’re always one of the first cookies to go during the holidays!

I use the recipe straight from the Kraft website…find it here.
Ingredients:
- 1 package of original Oreos (I haven’t tried out different flavors, but the candy cane or golden ones might be a fun way to mix it up too!)
- 1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese
- 3 (4 oz) packages of of Baker’s semisweet chocolate (the original recipe calls for 4, I only need 3…save yourself a few bucks)
Directions:
- Put Oreos in a food processor or blender until finely crushed.
- Remove 1/4 cup of Oreo crumbs, set aside.
- Mix cream cheese and remaining cookie crumbs until blended.
- Shape into roughly 48 (1-inch) balls.
- Freeze for at least 10 minutes. (I like to put them on 2-3 different pans so one pan can start freezing as I make the rest of the balls.)
- While balls are freezing, melt the chocolate as directed.
- Stick a toothpick into the balls and dip in melted chocolate. Place in single layer in shallow waxed paper-lined pan and remove toothpick.
- Cover any spots left from the toothpick removal with a drizzle of chocolate.
- Sprinkle with remaining cookie crumbs, sprinkles, or drizzle with additional chocolate.
- If you’re finding that the balls seem to be melting when you’re dipping them, put that set back into the freezer and start working with a different set (why I like to make 2-3 pans of them). They are much easier to work with when the balls are colder.
- Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
- Enjoy! They’re best kept in the fridge when not out for eating!
