DIY Dipped Vase

This DIY takes hardly any time or effort, the most time spent is waiting for paint to dry. I LOVE the look of these dipped vases (also found here and here), but wasn’t a fan of the price tag. As soon as I saw these glass vases at Target that were the exact same shape and size without the “dip” I knew a DIY could be done! This project came in at under $25 versus the $130+ vases you can buy already dipped!

Wyatt’s Big Boy Room

Here’s a look at Wyatt’s “big boy” room. I redid it over a year ago at this point, so it’s finally time I share it.

I went for a subtle vintage sports theme in Wyatt’s room. I wanted it masculine, but still kid friendly, with things he could age with without it being too “themey.” I used neutrals, dark metals & muted blues.

No-Sew Faux Roman Shades

We have two skinny windows next to our master bed that I’ve struggled with. Some basic shades exist on them already that aren’t very visually appealing. I decided roman shades were the way to go with these, however after scouring the internet, I found super limited options at the width I would need, and I am not ready to commit to custom shades for this space.
